EduZoon provides tools to assist in the research and writing process. These tools are intended to support, not replace, academic effort.

You agree NOT to use our tools to generate content that you represent as your own original work without proper attribution (Plagiarism). Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated citations before submission.
2. Student Marketplace Guidelines
Our Marketplace allows users to upload and share study materials. By using this service, you certify that:
- You own the copyright to the material or have explicit permission to share it.
- The content does not violate your institution's academic integrity policies (e.g., uploading exam answers).
- EduZoon reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property
The design, code, and algorithms of EduZoon (including the Document Fidelity Engine) are the property of EduZoon. However, the content you convert or upload remains your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your research data.
4. Limitation of Liability
EduZoon is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any data loss that occurs during client-side processing or for academic penalties resulting from the misuse of our tools.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for any user who violates these terms, attempts to scrape our data, or engages in unauthorized commercial activity.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Your continued use of EduZoon constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
